Fit
Who we work best with across travel and hospitality
A good fit if
Probably not a fit if
- Not a fit: Teams that need a booking engine or channel manager built from scratch
- Not a fit: Single hotels that need a simple brochure site in a week
- Not a fit: Projects that need paid ads or travel influencer campaigns
Sound familiar?
Travelers browse for weeks and book in minutes. Every screen in between has to keep their trust.
Travel and hospitality teams tend to lose people between inspiration and booking. If a few of these sound like you, this page is for you.
People save trips in your app and book them somewhere else.
Inspiration and booking live in different places. We connect discovery, saved trips and checkout into one flow.
Search feels like work: endless filters and identical cards.
We design discovery around how people choose: who they travel with, their style and their budget, with fewer and better results.
New users hesitate to pay now for a trip weeks away.
Clear prices, cancellation terms, real reviews and who they are booking with have to be visible before payment.
On the trip itself, bookings scatter across emails and screenshots.
We design the trip view people open on the road: itinerary, documents and changes in one place.
Every venue in your group makes its own assets and screens.
We design systems that let each venue keep its character inside one recognizable group, the kind of work we do for TAO Group Hospitality.
Your website shows destinations, not what it feels like to book with you.
We design the site around the moments that make people trust you with their trip.

We’ll help you map the right scope, team, timeline, and next steps.
How long does it take to design a travel app?
A focused MVP usually takes about three months. TravelWith went from a rough concept with 30 screens to an MVP launch in 3 months, with 200+ web and mobile screens, a redesigned website, branding and marketing collateral.
How do you design a booking flow people finish?
Show the full price from the first result, keep the steps few, state cancellation terms before payment and offer payment methods people already use.
Save progress too, so a trip someone started on their phone is still there on their laptop.
Do you work with hospitality groups as well as startups?
Yes. Alongside travel startups such as TravelWith, Hint and ViaKonnect, we design marketing assets and the app experience for TAO Group Hospitality, one of the biggest hospitality groups in the world, with 80+ venues.
Can you design the app and the website together?
Yes, and it helps. When the site and the app share one brand and one design language, people move from an ad to the website to the app store without wondering if it is the same company.
For TravelWith we designed the app, the website and the brand together.
What makes travel app UX different from other consumer apps?
The purchase is planned, expensive and used weeks after it is made. So the design has to support long research, several people deciding together, and a trip view that still works on the road without a signal.
How much does travel app design cost?
It depends on the platforms, the flows and how much exists today. A focused MVP for one platform costs far less than a booking platform on web, iOS and Android.
