We’re looking for an experienced senior website designer who can take charge of projects and design clean, modern websites that work for the client and their users. If you like turning complex products into simple, good-looking pages, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do

  • Own website projects from research and wireframes to high-fidelity design and launch.

  • Work with developers, project managers and client stakeholders, with a smooth handoff to the build.

  • Turn complex products into clear pages that explain them and convert.

  • Build and look after design systems that keep every page consistent.

  • Gather feedback, test and iterate after launch.

  • Guide the people on your project and keep decisions moving.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in web design, with a portfolio that shows your process and work that went live.

  • You take ownership of a project and lead the people on it.

  • You turn complex problems into simple, good-looking solutions.

  • Clear communication with stakeholders, developers and project managers.

  • Expert in Figma and prototyping tools.

  • You’re AI-native: Claude and AI tools are part of your day for research, copy drafts, layout variations and quick prototypes, and you review what they produce with taste and judgement.

Nice to have

  • Based in Poland (not a must, but a real plus).

  • Designing for Framer or Webflow builds, knowing what the build will need.

  • SaaS or AI websites in your portfolio.

Tools you’ll use

  • Figma
  • Framer
  • Webflow
  • Photoshop
  • Claude

Careers FAQ

Questions about working here

Still have a question?

Email us and a real person will answer.

Or email us hello@designme.agency

Do I need to be based in Poland?

No. It’s a plus because of the Gdańsk office, but remote works, and many of our clients are abroad.

How senior is senior?

You can run a website project without someone checking every step: talk to the client, set the structure, design it, and work with our developers to ship it.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. Remote, hybrid and office are all options. Our home base is in Gdańsk, and you can also work from Chilliflex offices in Poland.

Where can I work from?

Poland, the United Kingdom, the rest of Europe, or the Americas. Hybrid and office days are in Poland.

Can I work part-time?

Yes. Every open role can be full-time or part-time. We agree the hours with you before you start.

How long is a working day?

Seven hours. We care about focused work and clear communication, not hours online.

Do you provide equipment?

No. We don’t provide or fund equipment, so you’ll work on your own computer.

Do you sponsor visas?

No. We can’t sponsor visas, so you need the right to work from where you are.

Do I need to use AI tools?

Yes. We work with Claude and other AI tools every day, and we want people who do too. What matters is the judgement you add: knowing when the output is good, and fixing it when it isn’t.

Is there a test task?

Yes, a paid task of 2 to 3 hours, close to real client work. Use the AI tools you’d use on the job and tell us which ones.

What kind of contract do you offer?

An employment contract, a B2B contract, or a contractor agreement. Whichever you choose, it’s a written agreement that commits us to paying you for the full-time role. We agree the hours and rate with you during the process.

Do you publish salary ranges?

Not yet. We talk about rate on the first call, based on the role, your experience and the hours you want.

Sound like you?
