Our rhythm

Team Culture

The lounge in the DesignMe office in Gdańsk: a leather sofa, bookshelves, a dining table and floor-to-ceiling windows over the city
  • Home base, not headquarters

We’re remote-first, but not floating around as random avatars in Slack. Our Gdańsk office gives the team a place to meet, work together, record, run workshops, host clients, and reset when async work starts feeling too flat.

  • Keep upgrading

Design, dev, AI, motion, systems, there’s always something new to learn. We like people who test tools, save references, study good work, and keep getting sharper without waiting to be told.

  • High standards, low ego

Good taste matters here, but so does being easy to work with, sharing feedback clearly, and making the people around you better.

  • Why people join DesignMe

Flexible hours, real client work, and support to keep getting better.

  • Training and courses

A desk at Chilliflex offices in Poland, for the days you want people around you.

  • Sports card

  • Benefit card

A benefit card for everyday perks, on top of your pay.

  • Remote work

Work from home, from the office, or mix the two.

  • 7-hour working day

Seven focused hours a day, so there’s time left for life.

  • Part-time possible

Full-time or part-time, agreed with you up front.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. Remote, hybrid and office are all options. Our home base is in Gdańsk, and you can also work from Chilliflex offices in Poland.

Where can I work from?

Poland, the United Kingdom, the rest of Europe, or the Americas. Hybrid and office days are in Poland.

Can I work part-time?

Yes. Every open role can be full-time or part-time. We agree the hours with you before you start.

How long is a working day?

Seven hours. We care about focused work and clear communication, not hours online.

Do you provide equipment?

No. We don’t provide or fund equipment, so you’ll work on your own computer.

Do you sponsor visas?

No. We can’t sponsor visas, so you need the right to work from where you are.

Do I need to use AI tools?

Yes. We work with Claude and other AI tools every day, and we want people who do too. What matters is the judgement you add: knowing when the output is good, and fixing it when it isn’t.

Is there a test task?

Yes, a paid task of 2 to 3 hours, close to real client work. Use the AI tools you’d use on the job and tell us which ones.

What kind of contract do you offer?

An employment contract, a B2B contract, or a contractor agreement. Whichever you choose, it’s a written agreement that commits us to paying you for the full-time role. We agree the hours and rate with you during the process.

Do you publish salary ranges?

Not yet. We talk about rate on the first call, based on the role, your experience and the hours you want.
