Proptech design that turns property data into clear decisions

Brand, website and product design for real estate software, investment platforms and developers, built around how asset managers, operators and buyers decide.

Teams we’ve worked with

Real estate and proptech design, in short

Updated

DesignMe is a proptech design agency. We design brands, websites and product UI for real estate software, investment platforms and property developers. Real estate clients include Zinq AI, an AI operating layer for real estate investment firms, and DOMO, a modular housing developer. For Zinq AI we designed the brand, the website and the product; in September 2026 it announced a strategic investment from Stockdale Capital Partners.

  • Real estate clients
    Zinq AI, DOMO, Freeda
  • Investment platforms
Zinq AI: brand, site and product for investment firms
  • Property developers
DOMO: website and unit explorer for modular homes
  • Construction tech
Freeda: AI plan checks for building compliance

Fit

Who we work best with in real estate and proptech

A good fit if

  • Proptech startups selling to investment firms

  • Real estate platforms with dense data to show

  • Developers selling homes or units online

Probably not a fit if

  • Not a fit: Individual agents who need a listing template site
  • Not a fit: Brokerages that need an MLS or IDX integration built
  • Not a fit: Teams looking for property photography or virtual staging

Sound familiar?

Property deals are big and slow. Your software shouldn’t make them feel heavier.

Proptech teams tend to hit the same walls with investors, operators and renters. If a few of these sound like you, this page is for you.

  • Your dashboards chart every metric, so nothing stands out.

We design around the decisions an asset manager makes each week and keep the numbers behind each one a click away.

  • Your brand looks like a brochure for another building.

Investment platforms need a brand that reads as serious capital and modern software at once, the balance we worked on for Zinq AI.

  • Floor plans, prices and availability live in PDFs and emails.

We put floors, units, prices and availability on one screen people can explore, as on DOMO’s website.

  • Operators and investors look at the same asset for different reasons.

We give each role its own view on one shared system.

  • Firms have heard the AI promise before, and they don’t believe it.

We show the workflow the AI removes and the time it saves, not the model behind it.

  • Renters and buyers don’t trust a listing they can’t explore.

We design listings that answer the questions people ask first, before they have to email anyone.

What each score means

  • 4 to 6Useful, not yet convincing The product works. Role-based views, better reports and a clearer site usually win the next firms. Talk through the gaps
  • 7 to 8Ready for institutions Your product earns trust. Next gains come from brand, sales decks and new segments. Plan the next step

FAQs

Proptech design questions, answered

Still deciding? Ask us directly.

Do you design software for real estate investment firms?

Yes. For Zinq AI, an AI operating layer that helps real estate investment firms scale assets under management, we designed the brand, the website and the product, and supported development.

How do you design a real estate dashboard people use?

Start from the decisions, not the data. Asset managers need to see what changed, what needs attention and why.

We design one portfolio view with clear drill-downs, roles that see only what matters to them, and reports that can be sent as they are.

Do you design websites for property developers?

Yes. For DOMO, a modular housing developer, we design the website and product experience, including an interactive view of floors and units with prices and availability.

Do you build realtor websites?

No. We focus on proptech platforms, investment firms and developers. Individual agents are usually better served by a listing template connected to their MLS.

How long does a proptech brand and website take?

A website usually takes six to ten weeks. A brand, a website and the first product screens together take longer, depending on how many roles and data views the product has.

Can you make AI features feel trustworthy to property investors?

Yes: show the data behind each suggestion, let people override it, and keep a record of what changed. Investors trust AI that shows its work.
