Teams we’ve worked with
DesignMe is a fintech design agency. We design brands, websites and product UI for payments, banking, wealth and consumer finance companies, from stealth to Series B. Fintech clients include N3XT, Finverity, Duel, SuperAdvisor and Zave.it. We joined N3XT while it was in stealth and helped take it from idea to MVP in 3 months with a brand, product, website and investor story; N3XT has raised $72M across three rounds.

Fit
Who we work best with in payments, banking and wealth
A good fit if
Probably not a fit if
- Not a fit: Teams looking for legal or compliance sign-off: we design with your counsel, we do not replace them
- Not a fit: Banks that need a large in-house build team for core banking systems
- Not a fit: Projects that need a full brand, app and site in under four weeks
Sound familiar?
You move money for people. Your site has to look safe first.
Fintech teams tend to hit the same walls before visitors sign up. If a few of these sound like you, this page is for you.
Visitors leave before they understand what your product does.
It sits on payment rails, ledgers or regulation few people know. We turn the mechanics into a few clear steps, without dumbing it down for experts.
Your brand could be swapped with any other fintech’s.
Blue gradients, floating cards and the same three icons. We build a brand that feels as safe as a bank and looks like nobody else.
People drop out at KYC and document upload.
We design onboarding that explains why each step exists, saves progress and shows how long is left.
Finance teams and developers fight over the same page.
We give each a clean path. On N3XT that meant one route to sign-up and another straight to the docs.
Your disclosures were pasted into the footer at the last minute.
We plan licensing lines, risk warnings and partner bank wording from the first wireframe, so they read clearly and stay visible.
Visitors decide if you’re safe with their money before they read a word.
We put the trust signals they look for first where they look first, on the homepage and at every step that asks for money or data.

Quick check
Does your fintech website answer the question "is it safe?"
Tick what is true today.
What each score means
- 0 to 3Trust is leaking Visitors probably cannot tell what you do or whether you are safe. Start with the story, the trust signals and the first onboarding steps. Book a fintech site review
- 4 to 6Credible, not yet convincing The essentials are there. Clearer mechanics, stronger proof and a calmer onboarding flow usually move sign-ups next. Talk through the gaps
- 7 to 8Trust-ready Your site does the hard part well. Next gains come from new segments, developer pages and product polish. Plan the next step

How do fintech websites build trust?
By answering "is it safe?" as early as "what is it?". That means visible licensing and partner bank details, security explained in plain words, real proof, and fees stated upfront.
The design itself matters too: a calm, consistent, well-made site reads as a well-run company.
What disclosures does a fintech website need?
It depends on the product and the country. Common examples are regulator and license details, partner bank or custodian wording, risk warnings for investing, lending or crypto, and privacy notices.
Your legal team sets the exact text. We design the layout so it stays clear, visible and consistent on every page.
Does the European Accessibility Act apply to fintech?
Often, yes. Since 28 June 2025 the EAA covers consumer banking services and e-commerce in the EU, which includes many fintech websites and apps.
We design to WCAG guidelines by default, so accessibility is part of the work, not an extra audit later.
How do you design KYC onboarding people actually finish?
Tell people what they need before they start, explain why each check exists, save progress, and show how many steps are left. Ask only for what the regulation requires at each point.
Small details, like letting people photograph a document on their phone, remove a lot of drop-off.
How long does a fintech website or app design take?
A launch website usually takes six to ten weeks. A full brand, product MVP and website takes longer.
With N3XT we went from idea to MVP launch in 3 months, and delivered the brand, product, website and investor story within 6 months.
Can you design both the product and the marketing website?
Yes, and we recommend it for fintech. When the site and the product share one design language, the trust built on the website carries into the app instead of resetting at login.
Do you sign NDAs and work with products in stealth?
Yes. We often start before launch, as we did with N3XT while it was still in stealth, and we are used to working under NDA with regulated teams.
